Steps to Ensure You’re Ready for May Graduation!

To ensure you’re on track, please review the specialization requirements in your degree proposal account. Log in and verify that EVERY course listed in your course list has been completed with a passing grade.

If you notice any discrepancies, such as courses you haven’t taken or changes not yet reflected in your degree proposal, contact your mentor or the Integrated Science Advising office immediately to update your records.

Remember, in addition to specialization requirements, all students must also meet the Faculty of Science degree requirements. These are NOT included in your degree proposal. Instead, you can check your progress on these requirements by logging into Workday. For any questions regarding Faculty requirements, please reach out to Science Advising

To further ensure that you've met all requirements, you can request a confirmation of graduation letter from Science Advising: Here is how to make the request.

Once you’ve confirmed that all requirements are met, you can apply to graduate in Workday when the application for the May ceremony opens around December 16th (the application closes February 24th). Need more info on how to apply? Click here.

Don’t forget to book your graduation photos with Artona!
