The "Meet Your Alumni" event, hosted collaboratively by ISSA and CMSSA aims to create a platform for current science students to connect with previous alumni, providing them with an opportunity to learn about the diverse paths alumni have taken post-graduation.
We hope to bring together Integrated Science and Combined Major in Science Students with alumni from various fields and post-graduate trajectories and through a series of presentations and breakout room panels, provide insight into different career paths, the challenges and opportunities alumni have faced, and advice on how to navigate their post-graduation journey.
Participants can engage with speakers and alumni through Q&A sessions, group discussions, and one-on-one networking opportunities. Alumni will share their experiences, industry insights, and career trajectories, giving current students a glimpse into their future possibilities.
By connecting with alumni, students can learn about opportunities and paths they may not have considered before, helping them make informed decisions about their post-graduation plans. All the while developing professional relationships and expanding their network, setting them up for success in their future career endeavors.
